The Low FODMAP Diet
I offer a complete and comprehensive low FODMAP diet program. This diet has been backed by research to help improve gas, bloating, and abdominal discomfort. This diet may seem like a very complex one to follow. But with the help of a trained registered dietitian this diet can be easily mastered and fit into any lifestyle! The low FODMAP diet is a 2-4 week elimination diet. It is then followed by a challenge phase then a reintroduction phase to help you identify the triggers for your symptoms.
I am a Monash certified dietitian. This is an important certification to have as dietitians are not formally trained in treating digestive conditions. Monash University is the creators and researchers of the low FODMAP diet.
